The sunken Atlantis theming should be enough of a draw for families, as visitors can admire more than 50,000 marine animals residing within tanks filled with “ruins” and other mythical debris from the lost civilisation. Resort guests enjoy fantastic waterslides emanating from a Mayan pyramid, several pool areas, a pretty interior lagoon for boating, Lazy River, terrific fitness center, attractive marina and highly-regarded golf course. Tours can be arranged for non guests; the day pass includes an hour-long guided tour of the marina. The tours do not include use of the pool, beach and slides. However, you can enjoy the numerous restaurants throughout the resort.
