Goodbye hurricane season and hello dry season. November is officially the end of the hurricane season and rainy weather. This is an especially great time to travel as temperatures are a comfortable 27 – 30C during the day and a low 21C in the evenings, aided by a cool breeze coming in from the Atlantic ocean.
Things to do: November plays host to the Mutton Festival which encourages the expansion of sheep and goat farming on the islands. It is also the month of the Wahoo Smackdown, a fishing tournament hosted by the Bimini Big Game Club on Bimini Island where anglers around the world compete for the biggest ‘catch for cash’, amongst other prizes.
